Program Overview

The Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at YKS EduGroup is an APA-aligned doctoral program that integrates the scientist-practitioner model. Students are trained to deliver evidence-based psychological services while conducting original research that addresses social justice, diversity, and wellness.

Our program focuses on the strengths and resilience of individuals across the lifespan, preparing graduates for roles in private practice, university counseling centers, hospitals, and academic research institutions.

Year 3-4: Dissertation & Clinical Internship

Qualitative Research, Dissertation Data Collection, and a Full-Year Pre-doctoral Clinical Internship.
